Polyurethane V-Groove rollers
Polyurethane V-Groove rollers are ideal for track-based applications where you have to move heavy weights over a specific track repeatedly. In addition to the strengths of Polyurethane rollers, the v-groove roller has a v-shaped groove in the middle, keeping it stable over iron tracks.
With the weight being properly spread on the roller, the wear and tear of the roller reduced manifolds, increasing the overall lifespan of the rollers.
Reaction Industries (RI) have designed the V-Groovs in the polyurethane rollers at an angle that equally distributes the weight of the load over the roller, increasing the load-bearing capabilities. RI Polyurethane V-Groove Rollers are durable, shock-proof, non-conductive, and noiseless, making the overall workspace safer and efficient.
Reaction Industries has an in-house polyurethane professing facility making it an ideal option for all kinds of customized polyurethane roller manufacturing.
RI can not only produce V-groove rollers in any size but also develop customized formulations to manufacture V-groove rollers with enhanced capabilities.

FAQs
How I can place my manufacturing order?
You can order your polyurethane rollers by filling up our “Get a Quote” form or by simply calling our sales representative.
Do you offer customized formulation?
With an in-house polyurethane processing facility, we do cater to custom formulation requirements to enhance various properties such as toughness, impact resistance, etc.
How long do polyurethane rollers last?
RI polyurethane wheels are known for their high resilience and long life. In normal conditions, our polyurethane rollers can work for more than a decade.
How polyurethane wheels are manufactured?
The process starts with the heating of Isocyanate and curative (at 180-250°F) separately. They are then mixed in controlled quantities and poured into metal molds. A catalyst is added to enhance material properties and then the molds are placed in the oven for processing and then curing. The whole process takes up to 16 hours.
