Polyurethane Conveyor Rollers
Conveyor belts are a critical component of any manufacturing line. If, for any reason, the conveyor belt stops, the entire production process is affected. To ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation, experts developed a material so versatile that it neither rusts like iron nor wears out like rubber. Today, this solution is known as the polyurethane conveyor roller.
Polyurethane rollers are cylindrical rollers coated with polyurethane to protect the core material from wear, tear, and rust. Polyurethane is highly customizable and versatile, and using it as a coating enhances the durability and lifespan of the underlying material.
At Reaction Industries, we manufacture polyurethane conveyor rollers that remain unaffected by prolonged exposure to chemicals, lubricants, or moisture.
To cater to special requirements, we can also make customized rollers, finely manufactured as per the condition that it is meant to be used in.
Through these custom formulations, we can enhance various properties such as toughness, impact resistance, shock absorption, and fatigue resistance.
Features
Wear Resistance
Polyurethane rollers last significantly longer in abrasive and high-friction environments
Non-Marking Properties
Polly rollers don’t leave any scuffs or spots making them ideal for glossy or finished materials.
Vibration Absorption
Offer superior shock absorption and vibration dampening, reducing noise and wear.
Long Lifespan
Resistance to wear, chemicals, and impact increases the total service life.
FAQs

You can order your polyurethane rollers by filling up our “Get a Quote” form or by simply calling our sales representative.
Do you offer customized formulation?
With an in-house polyurethane processing facility, we do cater to custom formulation requirements to enhance various properties such as toughness, impact resistance, etc.
How long do polyurethane rollers last?
RI polyurethane wheels are known for their high resilience and long life. In normal conditions, our polyurethane rollers can work for more than a decade.
How polyurethane wheels are manufactured?
The process starts with the heating of Isocyanate and curative (at 180-250°F) separately. They are then mixed in controlled quantities and poured into metal molds. A catalyst is added to enhance material properties and then the molds are placed in the oven for processing and then curing. The whole process takes up to 16 hours.
